Chromatin Immunoprecipitation Sequencing (ChIP-Seq) is a powerful technique that integrates ChIP assays with Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) to allow researchers to examine interactions between DNA & proteins. A specific antibody is first used to precipitate the DNA-bound Protein Of Interest (POI); the bound DNA is then isolated and sequenced to unravel insights to gene regulation that may be crucial in different diseases.
Signomax™ uses a proprietary Nano ChIP-Seq workflow to explore the post-translational histone modifications in samples. The workflow has been optimized to be compatible with Formalin-Fixed Paraffin-Embedded (FFPE) and fresh frozen samples. Compared to standard ChIP kits, it requires 20x less material and provides up to 2x more sensitivity. This ultra-sensitive technology enables a wider-range of applications for discovering, validating, and screening genome-wide histone modification reliably and efficiently.

Sample Preparation to Post-Data Analysis Support
Our proprietary Nano ChIP-Seq technology unlocks the opportunities of investigating post-translational histone modifications in both FFPE and Fresh Frozen tissue. It requires 20x lesser DNA (refer to Figure 1) as compared to commercial ChIP-Seq assay kits.
With Signomax™, we take care of the entire ChIP-Seq process from end to end so that you do not need to worry about optimization or multiple testing. Our standard service also includes bioinformatics analysis such as peak calling.
To order Signomax™, you simply submit your cell or tissue samples and we will take care of the rest. You will then receive the analyzed data and figures within weeks.

We offer an optimized workflow that is streamlined for both FFPE and Fresh Frozen samples. Signomax™ is twice as sensitive as commercially available ChIP-Seq assay kits (refer to Figure 2). Our ChIP-Seq services are also compatible with leading NGS platforms which enable you to access the highest quality ChIP-Seq data and publish in high-impact journals as quickly as possible.

Signomax™ is based on ChIP-Seq. After ChIP assay is performed, isolated DNA is sent for DNA sequencing.
Signomax™ is compatible with:
The TAT for Signomax™ is 6-8 weeks upon receipt of your samples.
